Kayla - Veterinary Assistant

Kayla was born in Los Angeles, California but grew up in Edmond and started with AMC in August 2017. She is currently attending UCO to earn her Bachelors in Bio Med, then plans to attend Colorado State University for Vet school. She knew from an early age that she had a love for animals. Kayla’s pack includes 2 Dogs and 3 cats that keep her busy. 







Paige - Veterinary Assistant

Paige

Paige grew up in Edmond, hanging out with her Golden Retrievers and showing horses in multiple organizations.  She spent 2 years studying animal science.  Her goal is to become a Registered Veterinary Technician and then work to become a  CVPM - Certified Veterinary Practice Manager.  

Recently, Paige and her husband adopted a lab mix named Betsy from Heartland Lab Rescue.   One of her favorite parts of working in veterinary medicine is forming relationships with clients and sharing the love they have for their pets.





Emma  - Veterinary Assistant

Emma has been working at our hospital as a veterinary assistant for several years.  She has worked several positions including both kennel staff and veterinary assistant.  She also spends time working at a veterinary Urgent Care.

She spends time outside of her busy life with her pups who are more than happy to show off their tricks and skills  - Training of these pups is one of Emma's greatest joys!  






Lauren Magby- Veterinary Assistant

Lauren was born and raised in Oklahoma. Lauren found her passion for animals in rescue, rehab, and training for Thoroughbred horses. Outside of spending time with her dogs Quinn and Remi, she loves BBQ's with friends and family. Lauren is a Jeep girl who loves exploring. 

Her career goal is to be successful in the veterinary clinic and rescue. She would like to be an example in the veterinary field and aspire generations to come. 









Dennis Stuart- Veterinary Assistant

Dennis comes to us via Miami, Florida where he was born.  Dennis grew up in Bellevue, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. He attended college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he was a member of the men’s volleyball & tennis teams. 

Dennis has always had an interest in animals and his veterinary medicine career began on Valentine’s Day in 2005.  Dennis relocated to Oklahoma in October of 2021.  He is the father of 3 chihuahua’s, Smokey (17 years old), Mazie (3 years old), and newby Titan (17 weeks old).  He also has 2 cats, Boston (3 year old Maine Coon) & Queenie (8 years old).

In his spare time Dennis loves to travel and is an international DJ (DJ D-STU) who has touched foot on 6 of the 7 continents in the world, visited 54 countries, and has been to all 50 states including Washington, D.C.  To this day Dennis is an avid college volleyball follower & professional tennis fan.  While school is in session Dennis cheers on his beloved Michigan Wolverines in all sports.  Dennis waits in enthusiasm every 2 years for the Winter & Summer Olympics cycle.


Wendy Hernandez- Veterinary Assistant 

Wendy was born in Colorado but raised in Newalla, Oklahoma. From an early age  Wendy always had a deep love for animals. She will be attending OSU-OKC Veterinary Technician program to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. Wendy and her husband have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 horses. Her hobbies include going on walks through the pasture with her dogs to visit the horses, attending as many concerts as possible and traveling to Texas with her husband!
